Lilian Qian

Lilian has worked in real estate since 2008, on both sides of the business — property management as well as sales. It is an unusual combination and a useful one: she has seen what a property does as an investment, and what it means as somebody’s home.

She speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English. In this part of Sydney that is more than a convenience. For a lot of families, being able to talk through the biggest financial decision they will make in their own language is the difference between following the process and simply nodding along.

Clients come back to her for straight answers — an honest read on the market, careful preparation before a campaign, and hard negotiating when it counts. The part of the job she has always liked most is the people it puts her in front of.
